Jonathan Howard is a native Floridian with a lifelong interest in real estate which he turned into a successful career years ago. “I have a passion for the creative elements of real estate,” says Jonathan. “Whether it’s short or long term investment strategies, new developments that provide a live/work/play environment or innovative marketing of luxury properties, I immerse myself in my client’s goal and find tremendous joy in bringing them exactly what they want, and deserve.”
An entrepreneur by nature, Jonathan has found professional success in sales, marketing, public speaking and business travel before embarking on his real estate career. Together with his wife, Melanie Kimpton, Jonathan purchased five luxury properties, transformed them into profitable vacation rentals and sold them when the timing was right.
Holding true to the belief that real estate is an ever-evolving art form, Jonathan’s approach is to be an all-inclusive real estate expert, with no detail overlooked and no transaction out of reach. Specializing in Fort Lauderdale and its surrounding area, Jonathan represents all property types. While attending Florida State University Jonathan studied throughout Europe in a Sports and Business Management program. Since then, he has traveled extensively throughout North America, Central America, the Caribbean, Australia and Europe, bringing back inspiration and ideas that fuel his professional and personal achievements.
