The developments represented by Pacific Lots are located in the Southern Pacific Region of Costa Rica and boast a 24 year history, with 100's of homes and 1000's of owners. We are located less than 10 minutes from the brand new 80,000 square foot Hospital De Osa and about 20 miles from the site of the new international airport planned to be built in Palmar Sur. Our lots start at $40,000 and are fully improved with road, water and electric. Ocean View lots start at about $80k. We build custom homes for our clients from $100 per square foot including architecture, engineering and permitting. We have no time limit to build and will let you build your own house if you want or hire any other builder of your choice. In all cases you want to fly into the San Jose, Costa Rica airport (SJO airport code), not the airport in Liberia, Costa Rica. Our area of the country is a 3 hour drive from San Jose and our discovery tour includes airport pickup and drop off, transportation to and from the southern region, 3 nights lodging, all meals (except on the day of your arrival when we provide lodging at the Martino Resort) and all tours and excursions.
We have a great chef at our guest house who will cater to your dietary needs and beer and wine are included while at the guest house. We head south on the morning after you arrive into San Jose. We are in an area with rising elevation and good views go hand in hand with steeper terrain.
If you have trouble walking or getting about, you might not be a good candidate for this property tour. The Pacific Lots development is in fairly rugged terrain and most home sites are accessible only using 4 wheel drive. View and steep go together however so if you want a great view, you need to climb the hill. We sell both ocean and mountain view home sites at Pacific Lots. We do not sell ocean front property. Ocean front property is not for sale in Costa Rica and throughout the country, all beaches are public.
